What is Included in a Pillar To Post Home Inspection?
The inspection time is approximately 2-3 hours depending on the size of the house. We perform a very comprehensive 1,600 point inspection. The inspection focuses on the major components and systems of the house. We will inspect all areas of the home including; roofs, attic spaces; evaluate the foundation structure and any crawlspaces, we inspect the electrical, plumbing and heating/cooling systems. We inspect kitchens, bathrooms and all living spaces: we will operate all fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen and operate all kitchen appliances. Throughout the house we check and operate outlet, plugs, lights, windows and doors.
